Welcome to NKPT, I developed this app to help educate and motivate the users to stay on track. Youve probably heard it before but consistency is the key to success so Ive done everything possible to make that as easy for you as possible.

Here youll have all the tools you need to progress and reach your goals. If youre looking to lose weight, gain muscle, or just get fit this app is perfectly designed with you in mind.

Working with some of the best app developers in Europe weve created an environment that helps bring success and builds confidence. This app has been closed off to my clients to for the past three years working on the feedback provided while we make everything just right.

With that said were continuously adding new features to the app, expanding the exercise libraries and keeping the apps running smoothly.

NKPT is all about community, I think its vital to have a good support circle so we have built a community section, you can communicate with all of the other members who are on the same journey as you in there.

NKPT integrates with Apple Health so your daily step count and exercises will all be synced instantly. Here you can see a leader board of all the members and see where youre placed, this gives our members healthy competition and helps keep everyone on track.

You can join challenges, create your own profiles and you can follow other members. Maybe try building new relationships or set your profile to private and go solo.


You can sync this app with Apple Health App. If you enable this connection, any workout in the Health app with automatically be added to your Activity Calendar.
